Lockdown Shades Giveaway 2018 Terms and Conditions

A contestant must be an active, current employee or administrator of a school, place of worship, university or college, or other building requiring lockdown shades. The designated winner must reside in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
Only one submission will be accepted per contestant. Multiple entries for a single school district will NOT increase chances of winning. Entries must be received by School Safety Solution, LLC by the specified drawing date to be eligible for the indicated drawing. Giveaway begins on June 25th and the Entry Deadline is Sept 15th.
Winners will be notified by Oct 1st, 2018 and announced on our website by Oct 15th, 2018
School Safety Solution, LLC will be solely responsible for selecting the winning school, interpreting the contest rules, and all other matters related to the contest. Its decisions will be final.
The prize will be in the form of a credit for our original Hideaway Helper lockdown shades for the selected
school's classroom door windows. No cash or other prize will be awarded. First place prize will be $1500 credit, second place will be $1000 credit, and third place will be $500 credit. School Safety Solution, LLC reserves the right to determine which windows (if all cannot be included, fiscally) will be outfitted with the Hideaway Helper.
If a school already purchased the Hideaway Helper lockdown shades, a refund will be issued on the prior invoice or the school may choose to utilize the credit on another purchase.
By entering the contest, each contestant (1) agrees to abide by contest rules and decisions of School Safety Solution, LLC; and (2) agrees that School Safety Solution, LLC, its owners and its independent contractors shall be not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind caused by or resulting from the contestant's participation in the contest, (3) represents that the contestant's registration information is accurate, (4) consents to the use of all information submitted by him/her for contest promotion purposes, and (5) assigns all rights to his/her entry to School
Safety Solution, LLC. School Safety Solution, LLC is not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries.
Owners and independent contractors of School Safety Solution, LLC and immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings and children) of such employees are not eligible to participate in this contest.
School Safety Solution, LLC in its sole discretion, may alter, amend, extend, modify or terminate this contest at any time. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited.
